The National Mandingo Caucus of Liberia (NMCAUL) is a prominent tribal and humanitarian organization dedicated to the welfare, development, and civic protection of the Mandingo community in Liberia. We bridge the gap between diaspora resources and national needs, responding decisively to health crises and advocating for fair electoral participation.

Health Crisis Response
- Donated 2 fully equipped ambulances to Govt. of Liberia
- Trained community health volunteers in Paynesville belt
- Distributed mobile phones for emergency coordination
- Provided daily meals for quarantined families
Electoral Advocacy
- Defending Mandingo voter rights
- Reporting discrimination to National Elections Commission (NEC)

Historic Achievement
Leading the Fight Against Ebola
The Challenge (2014): Liberia faced an unprecedented health crisis. The government’s resources were stretched to the limit.
NMCAUL’s Response: Led by President Sekou Kolleh and senior member Musa Bility, the Caucus mobilized immediate action.
- ✅ $50,000 Ambulance Donation: Presented directly to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
- ✅ Community Logistics: Provided mobile phones and zones management in Paynesville.
- ✅ Food Security: Ensured quarantined families received daily meals for 21 days.
